Eccentric Rotary Control Valve

 EXCELLENT Stability 


 CN8 series eccentric rotary control valve, consists of a straight-through valve body and eccentric rotary plug for modulating applications. It is compact, light weight, and has a large flow capacity and wide rangeability. In addition, CN8 series innovative split type plug structure can better reflect the characteristics of anti - erosion and reliable sealing. Especially suitable for the control of those slurry fluids susceptible to clogging.

Integrated and Thick Stem

Rigid stem runs stable and reliable. · Stem is fully insulated from fluid,no gap to different materials optional hold any dirt. · Easy installation and disassembly,easy maintenance. Anti blow-out design,safe and reliable 

Split Modular Trim Design

The symmetrical shape plug no need casting, simple structure easy machining to ensure excellent sealing precision. · Corrosion and erosion resistant materials optional to enhance erosion resistance. · Only need replace the plug quick maintenance with low cost. 

Valve Structure Highlights

Forged body+ lining ceramic tube (WC). · Integral tungsten carbide ceramics for seat and plug. · Easy installation and disassembly, easy maintenance. · Integral hardening treatment guided bushing, with anti-particle stem seals.
